Jomol Joseph is the Financial Controller responsible for overseeing financial reporting, month-end closing, and control processes across the organization. With over 20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles, she brings deep expertise in financial governance, reconciliations, audit readiness, and process improvement.
Jomol’s background spans multi-entity environments across construction services, Healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and SaaS. She works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting quality, strengthen controls, and provide reliable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Jomol also serves as Treasurer of the Brockville Public Library and is a Finance Committee Member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
