Michael Forbes brings over 18 years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry. Michael began his career in estimating which quickly progressed into project management and later transitioned into senior management roles. These roles provided Michael with a well-rounded understanding of fire-protection operations from proposal development through to execution, and long-term service delivery.
Michael specializes in fire sprinkler service and inspection programs, with extensive experience ensuring compliance with NFPA 25 and the Ontario Fire Code. His technical background includes wet and dry sprinkler systems, standpipes, pre-action systems, and clean agent systems, supporting large commercial, institutional, and industrial portfolios.
In previous leadership roles, Michael led multidisciplinary offices and field teams, and was responsible for overseeing day-to-day service operations, client relationships, compliance, quality control, budgeting and revenue performance, pricing and procurement, and ongoing process improvements to support efficient, scalable service delivery.
Michael is known for his strong commitment to life safety and code compliance, a focus on long-term client partnerships, and an emphasis on ethical, transparent, and reliable service.
